How much do your services cost?
Due to the complexity of your business, the exact services you’ll need, and how many transactions you have, I don’t offer set prices. During our discovery call we work together to tailor a package bespoke to you and agree on a fixed monthly fee. My packages are designed to grow with you so you get extra support when required.
When do I pay?
Fees are paid in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
Is it hard to switch bookkeepers?
Not at all.
Once you’ve told your existing bookkeeper you’re changing and give me permission to contact them, I’ll take care of the transfer process.
Can I keep my existing accountant?
Absolutely! There is no point in changing if you’re happy with their service. It’s important to work with a good accountant to make sure the bookkeeping and year-end process runs smoothly.
If you’re looking to change or don’t have an accountant, I work with several who I’m happy to recommend.
How much input will you need from me?
That’s completely up to you. During the first few months, as I get to know your business, I’ll have some questions, but you can leave me to do it after that.
I find most clients prefer to raise their own sales invoices. This helps them maintain a relationship with their clients. I’ll do everything else.
For purchase invoices, you can forward them directly to your Hubdoc account, and I’ll take care of the rest. Don’t worry. I have a free training video that shows you how to do this.

When you get in touch, we’ll go through the following process to make sure we’re both happy to proceed, and I can start learning more about your business.
We have a 30-minute discovery call I’ll find out more about you and your business, and we can decide if we’re a good fit. To give you a fixed monthly fee, I’ll need to understand your exact bookkeeping requirements. Before our call, I’ll send an online form for you to complete.
A proposal is sent You’ll receive my proposal which outlines the services you require and the fixed monthly fee.
You say yes Once you’ve accepted and signed the online proposal, you can sit back and relax, knowing you no longer need to worry about your bookkeeping.
Checks are done An online digital Anti-Money Laundering check (AML) will be completed to comply with Money Laundering Regulations.

As a limited company, it’s hard to keep track of turnover, VAT and credit control. But you know they need to be done.
You may want to hand everything over to me straight away or give me specific things to work on. That doesn’t matter. My objective is to unchain you from your books and allow you to make informed decisions about your business.
